Wash red chillies n dry them on cloth.
Cut them. Deseeds it n cut it into 2 more parts.
Add 1/2 tsp salt n 1/4 tsp tumeric powder n mix it well n keep it for overnight.
Next day strain it n put on dry cloth for 5-6 hrs.
Now take a bowl. Add fenugreek seds corsely, mustard dal.
Now add, corsely pepper, corsely fennel seeds, 1/4 tsp asatofedia, remaining salt, remaining tumeric powder.
In small pan take oil . Make it little warm n add to this mix.
Squeezed lemon juice into it.
Mix it all well.
Add dried chillies into it. N mix it all well.
Keep it for 7-8 hrs in the bowl. Then fill it in glass jar or air tight container. Out side it will remain fresh for a month in winters. In refrigerator it will stay fresh for 6 months.
